Over the years, the Firm has developed specific expertise in the field of factoring . The sector legislation is contained in Law 21 February 1991 n. 52 as well as in the Law 14 July 1993, n. 260 .
Who can sign the factoring contract
Through the factoring contract, an entrepreneur called “assignor” undertakes to transfer all or part of the existing credits or those that will arise from his business activity to another professional person. The latter is indicated with the term of Anglo-Saxon derivation factor and assumes the obligation to provide on commission a series of services in relation to the credits purchased, such as:
- accounting,
- management,
- collection.
In this sector the Firm also lends its professional activity in litigation (assets and liabilities) resulting from the execution of contracts for the purchase of bulk loans pursuant to art. 1260 and following of the Italian Civil Code and of Law no. 52 of 21 February 1991 (Factoring Law).
